I never ask the cosmic vendor for anything but: Survivor. They say there are more neurons in a human gut than a cat's brain. I watch cat camper videos because they seem to question that balance of power, because it's a beautiful thing watching someone accept that life chooses them and not the other way around.

Obsession with free will is like driving a new Mazda without using the blinker to change lanes. Faith is knowing life is not a cosmic joke, but that choice only measures unbecoming feedback, not degrees of freedom. It's only at the end we realize we were fighting a fire of unknown origin and only ever fighting it with the lifeforce of love.
